All shipping orders using a Next Day shipping option, if placed before 1pm noon GMT on a business day, will be prioritised and shipped out that day.
Expedited orders placed after 1pm will ship out the following business day.
Delivery is guaranteed for business days only.
EUROPEAN ORDERS
Items to the EU are shipped via our Paris studio so there will be no additional taxes or customs charges to receive your parcel.
All other international countries may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them.
Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the order. We offer package protection through our shipping and package protection partner Route, by not selecting Route shipping protection at checkout, you agree to the terms that Daphine is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. We do not refund packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
